-5DMkII Test video….

I wanted the 5D for the full frame images and for the real crop of my L series’s glass, but the HD video is a nice bonus feature!

Here’s a GREAT example of the 5D’s video capabilities.  This is not my video obviously!  I stole this from buddy (Dick – The Punisher) who had posted it on his site.

This is a montage of footage a few friends and I shot for a Documentary during the summer/fall of 2009.

The documentary was shot entirely on the canon 5D MKll in and around Cairo and Beirut. Big ups to Magic Lanterns Firmware update, as well as the Kessler Pocket Dolly for being a huge help in making this happen.

Ok, so where’s something I shot?  The HD version is still uploading to youtube,  But I edited one with a lower resolution for a quick upload.

So soon as I can figure out how to use it well, I’ll start shooting experimenting more!
