So I forget what I was Google-ing at the time, but I ran across a photo which very much intrigued me. So I refined my search to 60′s and 70′s Stewardess and was pleasantly surprised at all the uniform fashion photos that came up. For some reason, I am quickly falling in love with almost every photo I find. So much so, I think I’d like to start collecting prints of images of these types. Obviously, the airline stewardess career has long since taken a different turn and no longer in such a glamorous spotlight…shame, I kinda liked what they were doing back in the days before I was born. My mom always said I was and old soul and was born too late. (Some might argue the opposite when speaking of my humor and maturity level)
Anyways, All the sites I’ve found these had no proper credits. If anyone knows a photographer back in these days who specialized in these, I’d love to know! Or even if you know where one might be able to purchase original prints or reprints.
If i can find an airplane to shoot, who’s up for a retro shoot?
